You will reach Conformation Page which is also the end of the checkout process. You will received "Order Received" email from us, this is to acknowledge that we have received your order.
Once we received your payment, you will received "Order Confirmation" email which means we have processed your order and we'll arrange the delivery soon. |

Your shipping address on i1mygadgets.com will be the address we use to deliver the order. So please make sure it is complete and in correct format. If you do not modify the address after you completed the order. We will regard your registered address as the correct delivery address. 2. Do you have available inventory of all listed items on your website?
All products displayed on i1mygadgets.com are available for immediate purchase. In some cases, however, inventory may be limited, and after placing your order, a stock-out situation may occur, in these cases we will discuss the situation with you to determine the appropriate solutions. If you do not see a previously listed item in our store, please email Customer Service at sales@ i1mygadgets.com to find out when the item will become available again or to place an advance order with us.
3. How do I find out if your products comply with my country's import requirements?
It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the import requirements and restrictions in his/her own country before committing to an order. i1mygadgets.com cannot be held responsible for items held by the Customs Department at the recipient's destination port, for whatever reason. Our Customer Services team is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding a product's specifications or certifications to help you decide whether the item is suitable for import into your country or not.
4. Are the items in your store RoHS-compliant?
Check the full specifications page for each product to determine if the products are compliant or not. We are now working with our suppliers to develop a broader product range that is RoHS-compliant.
5. How can I view the status of my order?
Please Log-on to your account and click on “View Previous Order” to display all your transaction history. If you need to view the details of your order, click on “View” of the particular order.
7. Does i1mygadgets.com have a minimum or maximum order quantity?
Generally there is NO minimum order quantity unless otherwise specified on small value items. (Eg; accessories like cables, screen protector, stylus pen and etc)
8. Do you offer discounts if the purchase exceeds certain amount?
The prices of all products listed on i1mygadgets.com are fixed. However, we do offer additional discounts for ordering larger quantities of the same item, you may drop us a mail stating your desired quantity items and we will be glad to offer you a discount.
9. Can I buy a sample for evaluation?
Sure you can as we do not have minimum order quantity. If you would like additional information on selected products to help with evaluation, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
10. Do you have a telephone number or fax number to take orders?
We do not take telephone or fax orders. All inquiries should be sent to sales@i1mygadgets.com , and all orders are placed directly online through our easy-to-use online store.
10. How to cancel the order?
There is no need to contact i1mygadgets.com to cancel orders which have not been paid for. These orders will expire automatically after a certain period. i1mygadgets.com permits checking out orders using the online shopping cart as a system for customers to generate preformed invoices for themselves and to keep records of prospective purchases. Only orders that have actually been paid for are activated to entered the order checking / processing system.
9. How many times are your services suspended because of holiday day-off during the year?
Yes, we observe all major holidays. During these days, we will post a notice on our main page informing customers of that. Basically when the post office is off, we are unable to ship the orders out. You can place orders and these will be processed on the first business day after the holiday.
Notes:
We are not responsible for the order without payment, for the order problems are caused by accidental factors, so we will deal with the order according to non-payment. Meanwhile, we will discuss with the customer rapidly to solve the problem.
If the order can not achieve caused by the products exchange etc in i1mygadgets.com, we will credit the amount of purchase value into your i1mygadgets.com’s account or offer other product of the same value.
If the order problem caused by the web objection, we are only responsible for explaining and mediating, not reasonable for compensating for the direct losses. We will dispatch with your actual payment and freight.
Please provide the declared price and other information you want when you place the order, if you don't have special request, we suggest your declared price 60% according to the amount of the product. i1mygadgets.com is not responsible for the tax and other custom hold-back problems that may incur at your end.
