1) I want to do some purchase, do you have a guarantee or warranty?

Yes, we have. You can feel confident to order from i1mygadgets.com
We have a special QA team checking all orders before dispatch to our customers, besides this there is an additional quality control in the factory.
We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.

12 months Warranty.

In 12 months you buy, if there are problems with the products. We offer free repair service. If some accessories need to change, and it is over 3 months, you will have to pay for the repair charges.

2) What can I do if a product I bought from www.i1mygadgets.com is defective?

Before returning goods, please don't open the cover of the product and contact us immediately. Then we can discuss the issues you are encountering. Of over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without your having to send anything back.
If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement during the period of 12- month-warranty. If you did not buy your product directly from i1mygadgets.com, you need to contact the vendor who sold it to you. It is still possible for you to send a faulty product directly to i1mygadgets.com and get it repaired. But firstly it is necessary to discuss with the person who was responsible for the original order with i1mygadgets.com.
Please note we do not provide any technical support or software support whatsoever for products that were not bought from i1mygadgets.com. So please don't email us saying "I bought this gadget and it says made in China so I guess you guys ought to help me out". Wake up and smell the rice. Everything is made in China. We are not magicians / saints. We think that's fair enough!

3) Do you have a guarantee or warranty for accessory?

We are not responsible for repairing and replacement of the easy damaged accessories (earphone, USB data wire, screen, battery etc). We will send one at cost price for you, when you purchase again.

 

4) What's Returns Policy in www.i1mygadgets.com?

Products from i1mygadgets.com are covered by a 12-month warranty for return and repair/replacement. The buyer is responsible for the cost of posting the item back to China, the freight of sending the product back is covered by i1mygadgets.com.
If the products are returned to i1mygadgets.com and they are not faulty ones. We will not replace it and we will not afford the freight and other charges returning back to you. All products are inspected carefully by i1mygadgets.com before they are dispatched.

5) What if I receive wrong items?


If we have mistakenly shipped a wrong item, then we will reship the correct item as soon as possible. The buyer must inform us within the first 7 days of delivery. Depending on the type of item, we may request for photographic proof or we may request for the wrong item to be returned. We will reimburse the return shipping fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If goods are returned to i1mygadgets.com and they are not faulty we will not replace it. We will not afford the freight and other charges return back to you. Therefore it is important for you to communicate with your customer and verify that the product is indeed faulty before asking them to initiate a return.
